About our Terms

We are Actum Group Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), a limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 77 East Road, London, England, N1 6AH. Our company number is 13227473, our UK VAT registration number is 394686535.

These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use Actum Group Limited mobile and online digital apps and access the content and insights available on them. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Actum Group Content. By accessing, using or subscribing to any of the above, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Your Actum Subscription Agreement

We offer one subscription to Actum Group Content, referred to as a "Subscription". You may purchase a Subscription by signing up at www.actumgroup.com, emailing us at info@actumgroup.com or calling +44 203 307 5640. We may reject any Subscription order in our discretion. We may cancel or suspend your Subscription account if you share your access rights with any third parties.

Fees and Payment

The Subscriber agrees to pay the Subscription fees at the rates and in the currency displayed on the Actum Subscription Agreement. Actum Group Limited will send an invoice for the subscription fee which shall become payable immediately and shall be paid in full by the Subscriber within 14 days of receipt.

Content Delivery

Content notifications will be delivered daily via email. Actum Group Limited reserves the right not to deliver content should there be no applicable content for that period, bank holidays and/or weekends.

Term and Cancellation Rights

The Actum Subscription Agreement will commence at the start of the Subscription Period and continue until the end date. Either party may terminate the Actum Subscription Agreement by giving no less than 60 days prior written notice. We may also suspend or terminate your Subscription, without refund, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Using Actum Group Content

All intellectual property rights in Actum Group Content are owned by us, our licensors or both (as applicable). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any legal rights in Actum Group Limited other than as necessary to enable you to access Actum Group Content. You are permitted to use the Actum Group Content only as set out in our Copyright Policy.

Your Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, and your rights in relation to your personal information.

Limitation on Our Liability

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury), we are not legally responsible for any losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms and Conditions were formed, or that were not caused by any breach on our part.

Law and Jurisdiction

If you are a user whose principal address or principal use of Actum Group Content occurs outside the United States, these Terms and Conditions will be subject to English law, and both you and we agree that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If your principal use occurs in the United States, these terms will be subject to the laws of the State of New York.
