We offer DISC assessments to determine the behavioral characteristics and attitudes that naturally "fit" with a position. Employing a person with these characteristics and attitudes will decrease job stress, decrease turnover, increase job satisfaction, increase productivity, and increase employee retention. We can profile the job, or we can assess the person. Ideally, we do both to dramatically increase the odds of a great hire.
Once an individual has been brought onto the team, it is time for an effective and time-conscious ramp-up or training program. Understanding how an employee behaves and communicates, as well as why, will decrease training time and increase effectiveness on the job.
As an employee becomes seasoned with a company, additional development will be needed for new opportunities and responsibilities. Our 360 ° assessments identify areas for potential development by gaining anonymous feedback from team members above, below, and parallel to the person being assessed, as well as collecting information from external people when possible.
