Scott Seibert
Scott Seibert is a proven senior executive with diversified experience in growth oriented businesses. He has had full P&L responsibility for an organization with $200 million in revenue. Though large in scope, that organization was made up of 46 separate profit centers scattered across the country. Thus he has extensive experience with small as well as large businesses.

For those businesses, Scott created and crafted several cross functional teams to:

 •   Create and implement a sales management program

Throughout his career, Scott has developed an incubation process for coaching and leadership. He has taught others to enlighten, engage, and lead their people with the end products being a cohesive workforce and superior customer service. Scott was responsible for launching adjacent initiatives that took advantage of competitive opportunities in each market under his leadership. This led to significant volume and profit growth from each new revenue stream.

Scott received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. He has participated in and led many significant management and sales seminars. This training ranges from creating a collaborative workplace to numerous sales and sales management certifications. His greatest training however has been in the jungle of daily business where he has led sales and management teams for over 25 years.
