Pete Setcoski
Pete is a Business Skills Strategist with ACTUM Group. He specializes in identifying and growing you professionally in business, personal, physical, financial, family, mental, spiritual and whole being to bring balance and empowered living. Pete identifies the areas that both the individual and the organization need to develop to maximize efficiency, productivity and profitability. Pete is an expert in presentation skills training, leadership mastery, style development and magnetic followership. He offers group training to enhance business-to-consumer sales and success models. As a professional speaker, Pete is available to bring dynamic, riveting keynote addresses with an undercurrent of good clean humor!

Pete started his career in 1982 serving in the U.S. Air Force where he began as a payroll technician and trainer. In 1985 he retrained as a Weather Forecaster. Pete gave critical flight weather briefings to pilots, drug surveillance missions, foreign dignitaries and President George H.W. Bush on Air Force One! He was the number one candidate for promotion to Staff Sergeant (E-5) in the Weather career field in 1989.

In 1992 Pete was hired to be a national sales trainer for Olan Mills, working in the Church Pictorial Directory Division. He won awards as best national photographer, top marketing director and highest sales average. The national sales average was $60.00; Pete led with a $102.00 average. Pete’s trainees consistently ranked in the top 10% of the national sales force and led his district to number one in the country three consecutive years. As their top trainer Pete conducted large training seminars, individualized training, advanced skills development and assisted managing two districts.

In 2002 Pete founded and became a Principal Broker-Owner of New Freedom Real Estate. The company was the fastest growing office in Central Indiana and introduced a new model that improved the industry standard from 30% sales conversions to 70%! The secret to Pete’s success was extensive training.

Pete has also had the unique opportunity of working as a certified trainer for Zig Ziglar! He is a dedicated life long learner, studying under 5 World Champion Speakers and Dr. John C. Maxwell. Pete has written articles on leadership and communications that have been published in local Toastmaster® newsletters, and has his own CD titled, “The 4 P’s of the Laser Leader”. Pete’s goal is to help every client grow personally and professionally through focused, powerful, and penetrating strategies.
