Rainmakers
Rainmakers is the fastest growing networking organization in the United States. With 2 members in 2002, they have surpassed 900 members by July 2007, with the goal of 2000 members by June 2008—and they will make it. Rainmakers is a group of professionals whose creed is to “Be More, Serve More” and they take it seriously. Offering almost daily opportunities to network with other high energy professionals, learn the techniques that will make them successful, and remove the necessity for cold calling, Rainmakers has become a requirement for any sales professional in Indianapolis and Central Indiana who is serious about success. Scott Seibert has been a member since 2005, Chris McEvoy has been a member since 2005, and Jeff Bowe is a charter member from 2002 and was a 2005 Finalist for Rainmaker of the Year. All three have served in various leadership roles of the organization.


 
Indiana Manufacturers Association
The Indiana Manufacturers Association (IMA) is the state’s only organization dedicated to Indiana’s manufacturing community. The IMA represents manufacturing concerns before legislative bodies and regulatory agencies at both the state and federal levels. Our members benefit from consulting services, discount programs on a variety of products and services, lobbying, and seminars and educational events. Jeff Bowe has been active in the IMA since 1988 and has served on the board of IMASERV, the for-profit subsidiary of IMA that offers benefit programs to IMA members, since 1993.


 
Carmel Chamber of Commerce
The Carmel Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven organization, committed to enhancing their members' success, fostering economic growth and contributing to the Carmel community's quality of life. They offer a wide range of networking and marketing opportunities for members. Chris McEvoy serves on the membership committee, which focuses on building the organization through member retention and new member development.


 
Fishers Chamber of Commerce
The Fishers Chamber of Commerce (FCC) is the ultimate business resource in Hamilton County, as well as being one of the fastest growing chambers in the United States. As a member-driven organization, the Chamber assesses the needs of local business owners and executives. Programs, products and events are created to deliver strategic solutions to those needs. Of its 750+ members, 85 percent are small businesses with 25 or fewer employees. While membership is appreciated, the Chamber serves all businesses that reside in or provide products or services to Fishers residents. Jeff Bowe has been an active member of the Fishers Chamber since 2000 and serves as head of the Membership Council.


 
Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce
The Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce is the voice of business for the city of Indianapolis, promoting business growth and the city overall. The Indy Chamber as its members affectionately call it provides numerous opportunities for business development, business and personal growth, networking, and political lobbying. Scott has been a member of the Indy Chamber since 2005.


 
Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce
The Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce is the association that is the voice and helper of businesses on the east side of Indianapolis. The Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce proactively promotes commerce among Chamber members and within the community at large, and Lawrence Township as a great place to live, work, and play. The Chamber provides a variety of services to members including monthly business breakfasts, business after hours, and power networking events, and an annual golf outing. The Chamber partners with the Lawrence community by representing its members at festivals, sports tournaments, educational events, and area fundraisers. Scott Seibert is the Chairman of the Membership Development Committee and leads a team of 12 other volunteers.


 
Printing Industry of Indiana
Printing Industry of Indiana (PII) is Indiana’s leading trade association for the printing industry, offering services specifically geared to this growing but challenging industry. From technical advice to employee benefits, PII is a valuable membership for any printing company. Jeff Bowe has been active in PII since 1985, is Past President of PII (1992-1994) and currently serves on the Board of Directors, which he has done since 1987.

NAG - The Non-Affiliated Group
NAG is a premier networking group based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Each person in NAG represents a unique business category so that there is no competition inside the group as each member works to build other member business through referrals. Jeff Bowe was a founding member of NAG in 2002 and currently serves as facilitator for the bi-monthly meetings, as well as coordinator of the steering committee.


 
Indiana Business Network
The Indiana Business Network is a growing networking organization with chapters throughout Central Indiana. The structure is such that there can be close relations developed in a more casual atmosphere than most other networking groups. Scott Seibert is a member of both the Broad Ripple and Geist chapters, and Chris McEvoy is a member of the Carmel chapter.


 
Development Dimensions International
Development Dimensions International is one of the leading consulting firms in the world focusing on Leadership Development, Employee Productivity Gains, and Human Asset Management. Scott Seibert has worked with DDI in the design, construction, and implementation of Performance Management Systems, as well as how to identify and create career paths for High Performance employees. He is a certified trainer of DDI’s Creating a Collaborative Workplace.


 
Society of Human Resource Management
The Society of Human Resource Management is the largest association of H.R. professionals in the U.S.A. Scott Seibert has worked with HR personnel to proactively manage a workforce of over 500 employees spread over a 9 state area. He has developed Best Practices for that HR group to efficiently bring essential policy compliance to the smallest of work units in a cost effective manner.


 
Human Resource Association of Central Indiana
The Human Resource Assoc. of Central Indiana is the local chapter of SHRM and is one of 16 local chapters in the state. Scott Seibert is a charter member of its HR Consultants’ Forum that functions as a sounding board for the issues of Leadership and Human Asset Management.

The American Management Assoc. is the leading training organization for business management sciences in the U.S. Subject matter ranges from entrepreneurial initiatives to multi-national organizational structure, with seminars ranging from 3 hours to 5 days. Scott Seibert has been a member for over 20 years.

The Leadership Breakfast Series is a local group whose sole interest is the advancement of the science of Leadership and the training of Leadership techniques. Scott Seibert has been a member for 3 years.
